A managed service provider for Dalton and Whitfield County
Break-fix IT means paying each time something fails and waiting while it gets sorted out. Our managed IT services flip that around. A team that already holds your device inventory, vendor list and network map keeps an eye on everything and handles routine upkeep before it turns into downtime.
Here is what the monthly service takes off your plate.
Watching every covered device
Monitoring runs 24/7 across network gear, applications and hardware. A filling disk, a failed service or a workstation that dropped offline raises an alert with us, not a complaint at the front desk.
Updates and upkeep
Microsoft and third-party patches roll out on a schedule, alongside preventative maintenance and managed endpoint protection on managed devices.
Day-to-day help
Remote IT Core and Complete Managed IT come with unlimited business-hours remote support. In practice, that means ordinary troubleshooting on managed devices and supported applications during business hours. Staff reach our help desk through the Brotherly Support Application, by phone or by email, and remote support typically responds in under 15 minutes.
Someone who knows the whole setup
A named account manager learns your environment, and owner-led service means a hard decision can go straight to the top without a ticket.
Built around the way Dalton businesses work
Production floors and front offices
Manufacturing sites need the plant network and the office network kept apart, so a phishing click in accounting is far less likely to reach the machines on the floor. We set up that separation and put monitoring on the equipment that keeps production moving. Older machines running unsupported software get isolated and watched rather than ripped out.
Shipping, receiving and inventory
Scanners, label printers and inventory PCs are small devices with a big effect on the day. We keep them on the monitored list, so a dead unit shows up as an alert before trucks start backing up at the dock.
Practices and professional offices
Dental practices running Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental can choose a dental plan that covers practice-management and imaging troubleshooting. Professional and financial offices get secure file access, Microsoft 365 administration and a help desk that learns their software.
Accounts that keep up with turnover
People join, leave and change roles, and every change touches email, shared folders and logins. On Remote IT Core and Complete, we handle Microsoft 365 administration: new accounts set up properly, departed staff shut off, and orphaned accounts cleaned out so licenses aren't paid for people who are gone. The licenses themselves stay itemized. Access stays tidy, and fewer stale accounts means fewer logins an attacker could misuse.
Shifts that run past five
Monitoring doesn't stop when the office closes. Support beyond business hours is after-hours work, quoted separately, so a second-shift call never turns into a surprise on the invoice.
Three plans, two dental options
Our plans share one proactive base. They differ in how much responsibility you hand over.
- Brotherly Protect gives you monitoring, Windows patching, managed endpoint protection, dark-web credential alerts and a monthly device-health report. Support on Protect is billed hourly. Servers are not covered.
- Remote IT Core adds unlimited remote help desk, PC and server management, basic Microsoft 365 administration and an annual technology review.
- Complete Managed IT adds a priority queue, vendor coordination, quarterly technology meetings and a guaranteed response SLA. That SLA covers acknowledgment and the start of triage. Resolution still depends on the cause and on any vendors or hardware involved.
Dental Remote Care and Dental Complete apply the same split to practices. If your needs shift, you can move up or down a plan, and the scope moves with you.
Kept off the monthly rate
Backup, Microsoft 365, email security and other per-user licenses each get their own line on the quote. None of them is folded into managed IT, because storage, retention and headcount differ from one company to the next. We price backup and disaster recovery separately, sized to the data you actually keep. Hardware, cabling, migrations, major upgrades, onsite labor and after-hours work are billed separately as well. "24/7" on our plans refers to monitoring only.
Forty-four miles, planned around your schedule
Our office is in Rome, about 44 miles from Dalton. We don't have a Dalton office. Most issues get fixed remotely. When a job needs hands, such as a new switch, a workstation swap or a network change, we put a visit on the calendar, and same-day onsite is available when urgency calls for it. Onsite labor is billed hourly on every plan.
Spanish-language support available on request.

How onboarding works
First, a fit call to count devices, servers and locations and to choose a plan. Next, we take inventory, install management tools, record your vendors and list anything that needs fixing before support starts. After that, your staff gets the support app and simple instructions for asking for help. If another provider currently supports you, we plan the handoff with them. Onboarding is billed as one month of recurring service, and any hardware, cabling, remediation or licensing it uncovers is quoted separately before work starts.
Managed IT questions from Dalton offices
How fast can you respond to a Dalton business?
For remote help, support typically responds in under 15 minutes. Onsite visits go on the calendar, and same-day onsite is available when urgency calls for it.
Does managed IT include backup or email security?
No. Backup, Microsoft 365, email security and per-user licenses are itemized, so each is its own line on your quote. Details are on our plans page.
Can you cover a second or third shift?
Monitoring runs around the clock. Unlimited support covers business hours, and after-hours support is quoted separately, so you can arrange extra cover for the shifts that need it.
Can you keep our plant equipment away from office computers?
Yes. We separate production and office networks, limit what older equipment can reach, and monitor it closely.
Do you work with dental and medical offices in Dalton?
Yes. Our dental plans cover practice-management and imaging troubleshooting for Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Open Dental, along with workstation and server monitoring and HIPAA-focused safeguards.
What is the difference between managed IT and paying per repair?
Paying per repair means unpredictable bills and waiting until something breaks. Managed IT covers continuous monitoring, patching and business-hours remote support for a predictable monthly price. See managed IT services.
